I have been reading the information in "Reference for the DocBook DTD"
about editing the DocBook DTD by redeclaring the parameter entities.
While I understand the theory, I am having difficulty determining
exactly where these redeclarations get placed, and how much code I need
to include for each redeclaration. Would someone who has completed this
type of edit be willing to send me a copy of their edited DTD that I
could study?
