Hi,
I'm quite new in this ml.
I use Jade ( OpenJade version "1.3pre1" ) with the last one (1.44)
docbook stylesheet and db 3.0.
I have a similar problem with the header and footer in the pages.
I've also tried to regenerate same examples in which this staff seems
work but with the same result.
Another problems is with the mif cross reference in a book for which
I've to use framemaker to update all the references.
I think that I'm wrong in same Step...
