Headers and footers with 2 columns

I can't have headers when I use %page-n-columns%=2.
Also, the page number only appears in the first page. Is
this normal or am I doing something wrong?

I use Jade + Jadetex + Latex on Windows NT.

When I use 1 column in the same document all goes well.
