Yes, the Apache-XML group has the best marketing.
xt <http://www.jclark.com/xml/xt.html> works fine with these stylesheets. It
is free but depends on the non-free JDK (I tried with Kaffe but it runs into
an infinite loop with xp).
XML::XSLT <http://www.sci.kun.nl/sigma/Persoonlijk/egonw/xslt/> is free
(really free, this time), but I've not yet been able to make it work.
