Ok, it might work in RTF (I use StarOffice on a Linux system). How do
I do that "refresh" in TeX? I think that the refresh is just a
turnaround and isn't the right solution (or the "bug" wouldn't exist
in the TeX version too).

It did, but just for the RTF version (which is better than nothing,
though).
