Delete the DTDDECL lines from your catalog(s). Or use a

You have to get the ISO entity sets and install them somewhere and put

Well, if it couldn't find the stylesheet, I'm not surprised it failed :-)
Are you sure you've got it installed in c:/usr/share/...?
