Error while trying to chunk with XSL 1.34

I'm trying to work with chunking on docbook dsl 1.34 and am getting the
following error:
[elrond@rivendell elrond]$ java org.apache.xalan.xslt.Process -v -IN
sf-story.xm
l -xsl http://153.18.234.2/~elrond/xsl/html/chunk.xsl -out index.html

Is there anything I'm doing wrong?
