Just be more verbose. In practise this means that when invoking Jade,
you must pass SGML declaration for XML with your document. For SGML you
invoke jade by command like
jade -d ... -t ... doc.sgml
For XML document, modify it to:
jade -d ... -t ... /path/to/xml.dcl doc.sgml
