This looks unclean, sorry. Why can't users use CDATA marked sections?
Who cannot use CDATA (or RCDATA) marked sections should stay with the
old hack, provided by the stylesheets.
Please, don't clutter the DocBook DTD too much ;-)
[Later on, people are free to go for XLink or XInclude extensions...]
