http://docbook.org/tdg/en/html/docbook.html It's officially an alpha
version of the book, but I have a feeling Norm will chime in and tell us
whether all the new elements are there :)
Some folks are also working on a handy reference card, tho it appears
not to have all the 4.2 elements in it:

is there, somwehere online, an alphabetically sorted list of docbook
4.2
elements, akin to what's in TDG? i noticed from that neat new reference
sheet that there are new elements from V3.1, but i've followed numerous
links around www.oasis-open.org and haven't found anything similar
for V4.2, unless it's just the DTD definitions that one is supposed
to read.
