Well, I wasn't clear enough. My output is pdf and I'm using the latest XSL and FOP.

stylesheets (if that is what you are using). The HTML
stylesheet was putting out align="center" in the IMG tag,
but HTML responds to align="middle". Check your HTML
output, and upgrade to the latest version if that is the
