Hi,
Could you please give me a hint on how to customize a DSSSL to make
footnotes appear at the end of the page where the reference to the
footnote is?. The output format is PDF, and currently I get all the
footnotes after the word Notes at the end of the chapter (being this
inconvenient for a printed version).
