This is a limitation of XMLMind XML editor and, indeed, nearly every XML
editor out there. CALS table support in editors is a bit sketchy, and IIRC,
I've only seen it in Arbortext Epic, XMetal, and epcEdit, all commercial and
relatively expensive.
