Is the eCOS documentation available somewhere in a form other than as
a set of 200+ html files?
I would like to print some of the documentation, and going through
printing one file at a time is a hassle and produces really shoddy
looking output.
Having a reference available as a single file would also make
searching for a particular keyword much easier.
