That's hard to say, since you don't specify what functionality you
expect. A minimal configuration which does not provide _anything_
takes up very little space, obviously.
I think if you look in the archive you'll find some replies to the
question - including listing what services are available for those
sizes. I know something like that has been posted, but I don't have a
reference off hand. And it might have been for something else than
PowerPC.
