After a quick search on google, The only web pages I can find on the
JMR-TX3927 board are in Japanese, so I cannot help you. However
http://sourceware.cygnus.com/ecos/hardware.html lists some contact
information for Toshiba, in the TX39 section. You could try one of
these addresses.
A contributed eCos port to this board would of course be welcome.
