I haven't seen this before. Could you possibly report it to the GDB folks
at gdb@sources.redhat.com, and definitely tell them the cygwin version you
are using - your one is newer than the ones I've tried building with
before. If you don't get a good answer, possibly try
cygwin@sources.redhat.com as well.
