error building


hi,
 i installed ecos from anoncvs server.
Now i am trying to kernel for i386 target..
I gave build library from configuration tool..
it gave the following error::

    while executing
"source [ file join $builddir heapgeninc.tcl ]"

can suggest what could be the problem..
