Internally we use x10 controllers to power cycle the boards; or in some
cases soldered on wiring to any soft reset buttons.

There isn't any other way to reliably reset the board.

In saying that, in the majority of cases the bog-standard platform reset
may work, but we don't support that (yet).

Julian, when you get to the "Run Tests" stuff in your pile of work, can you
make a note to ask me about adding an option to reset boards using the
remote protocol.
