What does CC='gcc -mwin32' means?
Does it just need to type "CC='gcc -mwin32'" in cygwin command window?
how to process with the other build command for insight? as bellow:
/src/gdb/insight-5.0/configure --target=arm-elf \
--prefix=/tools \
--exec-prefix=/tools/H-i686-pc-cygwin \
-v 2>&1 | tee configure.out
make -w all install 2>&1 | tee make.out
Thanks a lot!

As described in another post, build insight with:
CC='gcc -mwin32'
prepended to the make line. I've updated the instructions now if you want
to see what I mean.
