You'll also need to increase CYGNUM_HAL_ISR_MAX.
You're hal_IRQ_handler changes isn't quite right either. It doesn't return
any of your new interrupt numbers. And it checks the PCMCIA for all
vectors, not just the PCMCIA ones.
I assume from attempting to do this that the edb7211 uses
CYGNUM_HAL_INTERRUPT_EXTFIQ and CYGNUM_HAL_INTERRUPT_ENT1 for other devices
too?
