If you look in the header of this mail(and any other you received by the
list) you should see a line like this:
List-Unsubscribe:<mailto:ecos-discuss-unsubscribe-gautier=enst.fr@sources.redhat.com>
(with your email adress instead of mine)
Just send a mail to this adress...
If this doesn't work then this means that someone a RedHat doesn't want you
to leave...
