What is the procedure followed for compiling redboot for the EDB7xxx for
the redboot.bin on the website? I would like to know because maybe I'm
missing something in my redboot configuration that causes my eCos
program not to work properly.
In particular I would like to know the serial device settings and CPU
clock rate.
I need the serial information because I'm wondering if that's some how
causing a problem with my program not working on my redboot that I
compiled.
I need to know the CPU clock rate because I'm starting to think that
maybe, just maybe that is interfering with my PC Controller on the
EDB7XXX. The PC Controller is REQUIRED to run at 18.432Mhz and if it's
not, that MIGHT explain why the controller can't read the CIS, but
everythings seems to work up until then.
So, I'm hoping I can kill one bird with two stones. er, I mean two
birds with one stone! ;)
