The I-cache is always enabled, regardless of its origin state.
The default situation for those platforms in general is to run with the
icache enabled.
I suppose it might be worth it in the "generic" strata driver. Presumably
you are porting to a board where the cache support has problems.
I'll be nice and make a patch for you, this time :-).
