Enable CYGSEM_IO_ETH_DRIVERS_DEBUG. This only applies to RedBoot's net
stack though. It wouldn't be hard adding an equivalent to the eCos side
though. Look in io/eth/current and compare the "standalone" (i.e. redboot)
generic driver with the "net" one (ie. eCos).
