access cvs server problem, please advise

Hi, -

when used:
cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@sources.redhat.com:/cvs/ecos login
and enter passwd as: anoncvs

what i got was:
cvs [login aborted]: connect to sources.redhat.com:2401 failed: connection
refused

what did i do wrong???.....thanx
