Do you load it to some FLASH address other than the start and then run
it? I'm just trying to understand the process so we can work towards an
optimal solution/recommendation.

What sort of USB support would you expect? We have the framework ready
to be able to make it be a usb-ethernet compatible device. Making it
be usb-serial might also be useful.
