interrupts - deleting/finding by vector

I want to write some code that might want to insert its own interrupts
(I'm not positive, but I'm still experimenting).
Is there a way to
1) find out if a given vector has a had an interrupt created for it?
2) if so, delete/replace it?
I didn't see anything like this in the API...
