Please help a new user here :)
I'm trying to get eCos set up for a custom StrongARM-based board we have in
house. It's *loosely* based on Assabet, but is missing a bunch of the stuff
Intel's put on that board, and, more importantly, has a different memory
layout - both at different addresses, and a different kind/width of RAM.
I'm guessing I need to use the 2.0 code, since 1.3.1 doesn't appear to have
any support at all for the StrongARM. I'm also guessing that I need to make
a new template based on Assabet. Is there any kind of documentation at all
on how to go about such a thing? I'm kind of lost as to where to even
start!
Does anyone have any suggestions here?
