The ARM7 device does not have an MMU.  It has a UART, an ethernet MAC, and a
half-dozen other peripherals.  The ARM9 device, I'm told, looks exactly like
an ARM925T.  For those who are interested, we are looking at the dual-core
devices from TI, the "547x" (an ARM7 and a '54x core) and the "OMAP" (an
ARM9 and a '55x core).
