in the HAL --> platform --> Startup Type. also if you have a redboot
template e.g. redboot.ecm then you can import it into the GUI configuration
tool if you are using such tool.
macro controlling this is: CYG_HAL_STARTUP_REDBOOT and
CYGDBG_HAL_DEBUG_GDB_INCLUDE_STUBS.
have a look of the Macro "PLATFORM_SETUP1" in hal_platform_setup.h of ARM
target
