[ECOS] RE: RE: source for ecos

Again, I would strongly recommend that you post your questions to the list,
rather than to me directly.  I have successfully followed the instructions
in README.host file in the top level directory.  Perhaps if you let the list
know what OS you are using, you might get more help.
