Windows install

Subject: [ECOS] Windows install

Hello,

I'm installed eCos under Cygwin.
After installation I have the following problem, when runing the
configtool:
	ecos.db x Packet name warning
	This packet does not have any valid version subdirectories

This warning is promted for every packets, and than the configtool
silently quits.

I have installed eCos for cygwin before, but I have never met this
problem. What should I do?
