The EBxx boards have limited RAM. To reduce the RAM usage of RedBoot,
and leave more space for loading applications, these platforms only
support a restricted set of flash commands. Change the values of
CYGOPT_REDBOOT_FIS and CYGSEM_REDBOOT_FLASH_CONFIG to re-enable them,
but be prepared to lose a lot of RAM.
