Hmm...
Trouble is resolved by deleting gcc, builded with newlib(sources from 
http://sources.redhat.com/ecos),
and installing toolchain with standard glibc from 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gatewaymaker/
Now i think, that newlib doesn't work correct for IXDP425 platform.
