RedBoot Built but says No network interfaces found


Hi All,

I am new to ecos and want to test sample program on target i386 PC.

I have seleted i386 PC hardware template and packages as redboot.

In the configuration tool i have done the following things:
1.set up the configuration options for our RedBoot
build. 2.select configuration options and verify them.
We set the IP Address and Serial port
configurations for RedBoot ROM
monitor.
3.Save the configuration .
4.Loaded the boot loader to Floppy Disk.
5.Booting the target Board.


When i boot the target system it is displaying following..

IDE failed to identify unit 0 -wrote: a0, read:16
IDE failed to identify unit 0 -wrote: b0, read:6 IDE failed to identify unit 1 -wrote: a0, read:f IDE failed to identify unit 0 -wrote: b0, read:1
No network interfaces found.

...

I have intel 82558 and Realtek Cards in the target systems

I have gone through intel 8255X_OpenSDM.pdf he says 82559 is Backward compatible with 82558.

Can i use intel 82558 card.If i can use it where did i do wrong.

If anyone know about this please help me out.
