Even the MP612 has scant information. magicpixel.com.tw seems to be
down, and the one relevant page in Google's cache is very light on
details. There is still no information on the CPU architecture.

If the tools are not based around GCC then there is little chance of
getting eCos running. eCos relies on a number of features of the GCC
toolchain for correct functioning.

If you do have GCC, then you need to start with an architecture port,
as described in the porting guide in the documentation.
