The documentation is at http://ecos.sourceware.org/anoncvs.html
It says:
cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@ecos.sourceware.org:/cvs/ecos login
Any password is accepted.
cvs -z3 -d :pserver:anoncvs@ecos.sourceware.org:/cvs/ecos co -P ecos
You should get the entire repository. Don't try putting individual
anoncvs packages into an old eCos release. That is asking for trouble.
