ecos.db clean up

Does anyone know what happened to CYGPKG_HAL_FR30_MB91360 and
CYGPKG_HAL_FR30_MB91360_PHYTEC91F364G? They are listed in ecos.db but
are not present in the eCos repository. I intend to remove these package
records shortly.
Also:
> non-hardware package CYGPKG_IO_ADC used in target ea2468
> non-hardware package CYGPKG_IO_FILEIO used in target pc_usb_d12
I will be removing CYGPKG_IO_ADC and CYGPKG_IO_FILEIO from the relevant
target records in ecos.db. If there is some absolute requirement for
these non-hardware packages when using these targets, the requirement
should be expressed as a CDL constraint in the relevant platform HAL
scripts.
