Hi
Please, paste as 'env LANG=C command' (env LANG=C make pdfa4), we are
not polyglots, at the least I'm not :-) Robert, AFAIR, you need in the
bloat packages to generate pdfs: tex/latex/sgmltools. I remember what
someone share on the list what needs itself exactly. I have installed
all things to generate pdfs on my home PC, and if you can wait till
eastern europe evening, I can generate 3.0's pdfs and share them over
web.
2008/11/22 I generated pdf docs and placed them here
http://sites.google.com/site/sergeigavrikov/ecos-docs-latesti
Well, that is a bit out-dated. I hope that I will can regenerate new
stuff and put the docs there if it is interesting for you.
