Actually no. As mentioned on <http://sources.redhat.com/ecos/assign.html> 
"Once this form has been signed, if you wish you may also contribute 
future changes without requiring a separate assignment form." The 
assignment form covers any future contributions you wish to make.

Which for the time being is still correct. You may want to update the 
author/contributor field of the description though (hmmm... must change 
that to "maintainer" instead some time :-|).
