Support 28F8000B5 Flash parts.

Hi,

I submitted this back in October '02 and jifl was going to commit it[0],
but it doesn't seem to have appeared in the repository, I presume it
just went missing, so I am sending it again.

This patch adds support for 28F8000B5 flash parts to the
devs/flash/intel/28fxxx/ driver.
