I've checked the patch in with that fixed and changed the CDL test just to

Currently, by selecting one of the PHY options/components,
CYGINT_DEVS_ETH_ARM_KS32C5000_PHY gets defined as 1. With the new patch,
you can now NOT select any of the PHY options/components. Will this result
in CYGINT_DEVS_ETH_ARM_KS32C5000_PHY being defined as 0, or not at all? I
assume that it does get defined as 0, else the code wouldn't compile.
