I like the configurability you guys have suggested, but
AFAICT the current code is just plain broken.
If it isn't broken, then I don't understand it well enough to
make any further changes at this point.
Here are three ROMRAM scenarios that I forsee(I'm sure there
are more):
1. ROMRAM app launched from Redboot
2. Standalone ROMRAM app(e.g. Redboot, some homebrew bootloader,
or just an app). Starts @ 0x1000000.
3. ROMRAM app(e.g. Redboot), which does not
overwrite Atmels stuff(e.g. Angel).
As I don't use Redboot and I use a JTAG debugger, only #2
is of any consequence to me at this point.
