Hello Uwe,
if Andrew (or somebody one from eCos gurus) will confirm your mind (I
did think in a same spirit in 2006 :) I would send the copyright
assignment just tommorow. The C.A. isn't issue for me, but the
disclaimer is. My employer don't know about my work, my hobby, my web,
etc.

I will ask him, would I can send you his e-mail. BTW, I managed him when
he start to tune DM9000 driver for the LPC-E2294 (Rev. B) board. I very
hope that he wont' close own work.
