allow synth host-side to build on 64-bit machines

This patch allows the synthetic target host-side support to build on
64-bit Linux boxes. It involves some minor changes to various
configure.in scripts, plus regenerating the dependant files. I don't
have a convenient way to test the ethernet and framebuffer host-side C
executables so I do not actually know if they work correctly on 64-bit
machines, but at the least getting them to build is a useful first
step.

	* host/configure.in: allow builds on x86_64 machines.

	* host/configure, host/Makefile.in, host/aclocal.m4: regenerate
