HAL for Freescale MPC8572DS board

Subject: HAL for Freescale MPC8572DS board

This port contains the basics to startup the Freescale MPC8572DS
evaluation board (Dual core MPC8572 processor, RAM, NOR Flash, Ethernet,
serial etc..). GDB over serial / Ethernet not implemented.
