ecos.db New Packages

Kinetis HAL and driver update.

New features:
    - DMA support library
    - FlexBus external memory support
    - SPI driver
    - MMC driver over SPI
    - SST25xx SPI flash driver

New BSP:
    TWR-K60N512-FXM -
    supports TWR-FXM board equipped with
    16MB PSRAM synchronous mode with burst reading

Noteworthy:
    - Startup type now appers in Platform like other platforms.
    - New component CYG_HAL_STARTUP_ENV in platform was added that parents
CYG_HAL_STARTUP_VAR and CYG_HAL_STARTUP_PLF startup types.
    - TWR-K60N512-FXM presents example of Startup type overloading by the
platform.

    - New directory hal/misc created. At present it contains Freescale EDMA
library and  Micron PSRAM support.
