This clearly wasn't caused by this commit.

This shows a FAIL in run-debuginfod-duplicate-urls.sh.log
And then it also timed out because there was not output for 20 minutes.

The corresponding bunsen URL (from the upload step) is:

That shows the failure was because of:

Which doesn't really make sense. Where is this sqlite_exception thrown that it isn't caught?
Might this be a sparc specific bug?
