* mips.igen (check_fpu): Enable check for coprocessor 1 usability.
* sim-main.h (COP_Usable): Define, but for now coprocessor 1
is always enabled.
(SignalExceptionCoProcessorUnusable): Take as argument the
unusable coprocessor number.
